Excellent store has everything I need for my snake 2 dogs and 2 goldfish all in one place plus its local and shout out to Jamie for his excellent in store help

Called at the South Leeds store. Great staff, My first and last visit. Called in to stock up on mice pinkies, member of staff pointed me towards a freezer at the rear of the shop. Very disappointed to find a dirty old upright freezer which looked like it would look more at home as a backup in a garage. No stock of pinkies. Random assortment of frozen reptile food in no order. Struggled to open drawers to look through stock as freezer badly frosted up. Such a let down compared to rest of shop appearance.

A great place with some smashing deals on dog and cat food, treats and toys. The staff are always pleasant and go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service

It caters more for dogs with most of the shop being dog related products. There is only 1 aisle for cats. When I have took my cat on walks there they have been welcoming. The staff are very friendly whilst giving you space to browse. Everything we have got from here is good quality and my cats have loved items we've bought.
