I love jollyes Keighley. Staff are so friendly and helpful and make you and your pet feel like family. They have affordable prices and their shop is full of options, you'll find everything you need here.

I called today at approx 12.30pm 5th May at your Keighley store. I couldn't find what l was looking for. Quick word with a tall young man who was on till.He immediately assisted me. We got exactly what l was looking for and he very kindly carried it to till point. I thanked him and he couldn't have been more polite or helpful Thank you youngman It was a pleasure to shop with you. Just a pity your Web site for ordering is such a nightmare. But then l wouldn't have had such a lovely assistant helping me. Well done young man.

Decent prices but wish they would stock more of the frozen raw dog food that always seems to run out. You’ve got to go on days where they’ve had a delivery to guarantee that some frozen dog foods will be in stock. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Really happy with my visit today needed things like cat food also lizard food.and coats for deno .and chew dental sticks. Lady was very helpfull.and polite I felt really comfy with her helping me.and with nice smile .I will deffernatly shop there In future .

As one of the ex-first employees of this store times has changed a great deal. Of course when we started in 2001 we couldnt have imagined we would be going places. Anyways not biased towards jollyes. This is a very good store with great staff. I regularly buy wild bird food here as not many places i can think of sell loose food for your pets. More people should be raving about this place as there are not many retailers who would offer very good customer services. Although i must admit our class of first ever employees were on a different level 😂. GREAT PET FOOD SUPERSTORE 👍
