Went to use the self serve dog wash. But whilst I was there I found all the staff very friendly, helpful and the shop was so tidy, it is such a lovely place to shop, I will definitely be back ! Really can express how lovely the staff are !

Great store, clean inside massive selection of products easy to find your way around. Fantastic parking facilities Staff are amazing, Joe( hope it's the right name )helped me and my husband out with a health related issue today, went above and beyond and didn't have too. You didn't have to Joe but you did , amazing store, Jollys lucky to have you representing them to the customers.

Great prices, although the range of products could be more extensive. The staff are friendly and helpful but the speed of service is not good. All the club membership talk at the till slows down everything, as does non scanning products. The store has great potential and I have some merchandising and inventory ideas, but who am I.....no one.

Big shout out to ALL the Jollyes (Bolton) team, they are all ace, I couldn’t recommend them enough! 😊 Special mention to David, he helped me out big time with advice on setting up a healthy fish tank and recommended all the products I needed! 🐟 🐠 The neon tetras I bought from Jollyes are living their best lives purely down to Daves advice on getting the nitrogen cycle bang on! Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
