Every one from the receptionist to Bruce and his team, we can’t thank them enough for sorting our boy Cooper out with his Dislocated knee. if your pet has been referred to these guys, trust me, they are safe hands x

Both our Boxers have been to Franks for knee surgery . We found the staff to be really friendly , nothing was too much trouble . A warm and welcoming place , where all have an obvious love for the animals . Walter and willow have recovered and it’s so good to see them running around free again . Thank you all !!

I cannot recommend Frank.Pet Surgeons highly enough. My cat Fibi is currently under their care after breaking his leg, and the care he is receiving is absolutely exceptional. The team has outstanding knowledge and expertise, and at the same time they are incredibly kind and compassionate. You can truly feel that they have huge hearts for animals. They approach every patient individually, giving personal attention and making sure both pets and their owners feel supported and understood. They patiently answer all of my questions — even when I call during the night feeling anxious. Their reassurance and professionalism make this very difficult time so much easier for me. I am so grateful for their dedication, warmth, and extraordinary care. I feel completely confident knowing Fibi is in such wonderful hands. Thank you. Anna & Fibi 🐱❤️

The Frank's team were amazing, friendly and very compassionate. They took excellent care of our dachshund Louie, who needed spinal surgery following a sudden IVDD injury, when we arrived we were reassured and comforted, every step was explained to us with the upmost compassion, we were able to call them anytime for updates during his stay, and since being home it's reassuring to know we can call them anytime for advice. We were referred to Frank Pet Surgeons by our local vets and they have been absolutely excellent from start to finish with my dog’s total hip replacement. The care she has received has been fantastic and her best interests have genuinely been put first throughout. Every member of staff is knowledgeable, kind, calm, honest and helpful. They are upfront and transparent about costs, and the surgical guarantee offered is really reassuring when your pet is facing a big operation and recovery. I’m so grateful we were referred to Frank and for the care they have given to Willow - who can now start 2026 pain-free and with a new hip!

Our lovely dog, Cilla, was recently diagnosed with potential bone cancer and had to have a hind leg amputated. The vets at Frank's were fantastic, sensitive and helpful. They provided clear updates throughout, patiently repeating information as needed. All of the administrative staff were also really great, responding quickly to enquiries. This is the second operation Cilla has had here and they have never let us down. Truly exceptional
