Been under Yorkshire Vets for many years and they have always been great but this was our first visit to the Morley Branch. Staff friendly and welcoming ,and the environment very calming . I would like to say a big thank you to our Vet Maria who was absolutely amazing!!!! My dog is scared and reactive at the vets and her approach and interaction with him was fantastic. Thank you so much

Yorkshire Vets is owned by IVC, a private equity backed company whose sole objective is to bleed pet owners dry. The staff and vets are lovely but their parent company is making them charge £200 a month for two generic drugs that are available online for £15. It is unprincipled and immoral. If you ask for the prescription only service (so that you can get the drugs online) they will charge you £35 per prescription. My lovely pooch with a heart condition which is routine for his age could be treated for £15 a month. He is being charged £200 a month. It is nothing less than extortion. Thankfully there is legislation coming in to stop this abhorrent practice but it is not coming in until September 2026. I note that until the legislation comes into force Yorkshire Vets are maxing their charges. No early adoption of the rules for IVC. Until the legislation comes in to force - steer well clear of all private equity backed vets!! It is quite literally a disgrace. I have moved to another veterinary practice today with no problem. After 28 years with this practice I somehow expected them to be caring and decent and reasonable as they always used to be. But the new private equity owners are finance guys. They don’t care about pets or their owners.

Nice welcome when we walked in. Consultant obviously loved her job and knew what she was talking about. Very friendly and did a thorough check on Bruno and given the all clear. I felt I could trust the consultant and not be handed unneccesary medications. Bruno my dog lab retreiver who is now 10 years old stood nicely for the vet and then wanted his treat. I was told he is in good health for his age. I cannot thank Yorkshire Vets Morley for their kindness and dedication to making the visit really special. You all have looked after Bruno since he was young. Thankyou. Keep up the good work everyone. X

They are great, a little pricey, but I’m willing to pay for the location and how good they are with my cats. Reception staff, especially Sam, they are so friendly and reassuring especially if you are worried about something. There have been times where I have called them a few times a day due to being worried about my cats whilst in surgery, and they are so patient and reassuring, the reception staff even arranged for a nurse to call me back to speak with me about my cats (they were going in for neutering, and I have Persians) You can tell they really love animals and I feel my pets are in good hands with them. As with other vets the prices keep increasing and it is costly, so I may review whether they’re still suitable for us if this continues but for now they are great!
