Fantastic vets wouldn’t go anywhere else ! We had an emergency with our labradoodle yesterday and we were seen immediately ! The care and attention they have given to our girls has been outstanding. I would also recommended using there pet care plan has saved us some pennies and everything is taken care of to ensure they are happy and healthy.

We have been going to STRATHMORE for our pets for a couple of decades and all vets have been excellent and service is always good. This time I took our timid cat in for her nails to be clipped and Felicity was extremely good with her, very gentle with her and it was all done a lot easier than I had anticipated. Will definitely be asking for Felicity next time. Definitely recommend.

I can’t thank Strathmore enough for how quickly and professionally they helped my little girl. From the moment I called, the staff were compassionate, attentive, and took my concerns seriously. They arranged for us to be seen within 15 minutes and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. During the appointment, my dog was cared for calmly and efficiently. A special mention to Eleanor, who is always kind, supportive, and reassuring. She has a great manner and explains everything clearly, which makes a big difference. I feel confident that my pet is in safe hands with Strathmore. We’re very lucky to have Eleanor as our vet. Thank you again to the whole team.

Extremely professional and caring vet. The vets are knowledgeable approachable and incredibly empathetic. However, the stars are always the reception team. Such a friendly warm welcome, polite, and extremely caring. They have been awesome through the welcome of new pets, and the saddest of times as we say goodbye. We are always grateful for their time, understanding and support

We've been with Strathmore for well over 20 years covering 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and even a chicken. All of the team are fantastic at their jobs - technically excellent, compassionate and caring (on at least 3 occasions now I've ended up in reception in tears with an ill pet to be met with a glass of water, some tissues and an arm around the shoulder, thank you!). We have always felt listened to and that our animals were in the best possible hands. Examples of this were one of our dogs who was diagnosed by Fran with Cushing's Disease, which was quite unusual back 15 years ago. She worked tirelessly to research what this meant for him, the treatment options available and taught us how to care for him at home. She was there for him right until the last moment. Another is our current dog who was taken poorly after recent surgery to remove a lump, we were worried about infection but Fran has learned enough about his character over the years to understand he was actually just in a little more nerve pain than expected and trying to hide it, prescribed him a neuralgic and he bounced back within 48 hours. The team have always laid out the range of options available to us with our pets and helped select the best option from a balanced care and cost perspective. I simply wouldn't trust another practice with my animals.
