Unfortunately had to have my beautiful dog Lisa put to sleep on Monday 9th March. The staff were so caring and Bev the vet was brilliant, she had looked after Lisa for many years and was as upset as we were. I can't thank her enough for her care and compassion at this difficult time she made a very sad occasion a bit easier to bear.

Absolute cowboy outfit. Get a pet care plan from here even though you're with vets for pets you can only use this place only but don't tell you this when you're paying and put money up and very rude on phone

Cat had abscess on tail open and refilling multiple times. Over 13 days and 4 visits. Was told don’t need antibiotics until my last post op check (paid for his neutering as advised to stop fighting) decided the anti inflammatory and pain relief they made me buy last week was pointless and actually he needed antibiotics the whole time! Was very clear he needed them the first day he arrived he had a temp and the wound was awful. Will never use them again.

Absolutely wonderful, they had made myself and my pet feel very welcome as well as tried everything they could to keep cost low. Would recommend to anyone who asked for a vet.

Helpful, friendly, compassionate, sympathetic. Last time we phoned and came here was sadly when our Tinkabean needed putting to sleep. The lady on the phone and the vets where very comforting, caring and kind. Staff sent a sorry for your loss card, thank you 💗. Came here when we had the kittens jabs and microchip (kitten pack) good value for money.

Always very helpful with phone calls or drop in questions when in store. Amazing service with our 2 cats from the day we adopted them and have been through check ups, neutering, vaccinations and last minute appointments with them. Can't fault their support over the past 3.5 years

The staff were incredibly helpful and saw to my pet immediately even though they were fully booked. I received a call from the nurse and a call from the vet the following day checking in on my pet and to explain what her results were. This was on a friday night and saturday daytime which i can only imagine is their busiest time. All the staff that helped us were genuinely caring and considerate making sure my pooch got was looked after as best as she could have been. I'm incredibly grateful for the service we received and could not recommend the staff more. Thank you
