I wish I was writing this review under better circumstances.... We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep and what I will say is that all of the staff at Companion Care Winchester were / are incredibly caring and understanding. From the start of his treatment until the end I always felt as if they had not only my dogs needs at heart but they understood mine as well. I would like to say a huge thank you to, Emily, Angelina, Ally, Anna, Jo, May, Megan, Becky, Mimi, Sam, Kate, Hazel and there are a couple others that I unfortunately don't know there names! Tomasz is a very compassionate vet and you can tell he ultimately has your pets best interests at heart. In the most difficult of situations its nice to have some one like Tomasz who can help guide you through it! Thank you to the whole team.

If there was a zero rating I would do it. I was with these vets for 7 years so thought I could trust them. How wrong I was I took my little man on 3 consecutive days and each time was told nothing wrong with him. I knew there was. He was balled up in pain bloating, not eating drinking or pooping. Then on day 4 I took him to another vet who in less than ten minutes said he is in the pain and needs a scan. Within 6 hours he was in intensive care at Anderson Moores. Today he is alive and well. This was last December. I did email a complaint and the reply I got was full of lies and inaccuracy. I DO NOT recommend companion care Winchester. Since telling my story to other dog walkers who know us, several other people have had a similar experience. My advice AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had to get Uno checked out as he had an infection so a quick phone call to make an appointment is all it took. Popped in was seen very quickly the next day and give some medication. Staff and vets are always friendly and it a joy to bring them in once in a while.

My dogs have always attended this practice. I needed them yesterday when my dog became very ill. I couldn’t get an appt until the following day. We found another vet who put Archie to sleep. I asked for an appt at 6 they were open till 7. I expected them to help in an emergency but they couldn’t be bothered

The service has gone downhill recently. For the last few appointments I've had to wait due to emergencies and other appointments going over. I understand appointments being behind but a call prior to let you know would be appreciated - you're often waiting for 30+ minutes in the small waiting room which isn't ideal with anxious pets

The reception staff and the vets are so lovely and incredible! Fit me in on the same day with my puppy when I had a concern and are always so welcoming. My puppy absolutely loves it there and all the attention he gets from the girls! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reasonably priced too compared to other vets 😁
