We have used Companion Care Basingstoke since 2021 for our beloved dog Bonnie. Dr Carlos and Dr Adrian have been exceptional especially in the past few months with the passing of Bonnie aged 16 years 3 months. The kindness shown by Dr Adrian and Jade on the day of her passing at our home was above and beyond and although the saddest day I felt I had to share how grateful our family is for the compassion 🙏❤️ Thank you so much.

Looked after my boy for over 16 years. At the end they looked after him at my home with dignity and respect.

When I relocated I automatically signed up here, as I previously used to use the Vets4pets Solihull branch, who were the in-house vets for the local pets at home branch, and had such a fantastic experience! To call the vet unprofessional at our first meet would be an understatement. She didn’t introduce herself or do any pleasantries, ACCUSED me of not getting my dogs jabs done for over a year after the paper work from the previous vet was in complete, in an absolutely condescending tone and manner complete with raised eyebrows. She also did not have any care for any anecdotal feedback provided by my previous vets or ask about any concerns I currently had for my dog, also kept calling the dog by the wrong gender. Tone and customer relations need some serious work, immediately seeking new vet practice.

Used to be amazing under Jose, but no longer. They sent my cat home with a potentially life threatening condition, which they wrote down on his notes as possibility so can't even deny they knew. He's now in a critical condition and suffered much more than he needed to. Avoid at all costs

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful. Her cut was small and neat. Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.
