We have been using Coach House since we adopted our two rescue greyhounds. Couldn’t ask for a better practice. All of the staff are amazing with our boy and girl - kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to give the best service at the most reasonable cost that they can. Thoroughly recommend! Meg x

Simply the best equine veterinary centre I’ve ever used. Nina has been out to my mare 3 times in 3 weeks to treat 2 horrible cuts, stitches and staples. Lots of antibiotics. Nina was so kind and professional, she explained every procedure as she was doing them and explained why. She was on the end of the phone with any concerns I had. I honestly cannot thank her enough. I would also like to express that the ladies in the office were also kind and sympathetic. You are all extraordinary people. Thank you again Laura kirby and of course Tara 😀

Absolutely brilliant service from the team. Recently moved to the area and Buddy our Jack Russell who’s 13 years old was due his jabs. Previous experience at old vets was always an apprehensive experience for both Buddy and myself, and had got to the stage of us having to muzzle Buddy, so was anxious about today but what a difference it was. No muzzle needed. Buddy was greeted by staff, both Buddy & myself felt at ease and he was given time to check the room out and then jabs done with no fuss. Thank you all so much.

The team at Coach House have always been so great when dealing with our two cats since they were born. Undeniable love for animals and always give genuine care. I was compelled to leave a review following out latest run in when we called up on a Saturday with a possible emergency following our cat not being able to pass urine and had clear discomfort. I think it was Phill that I spoke to which put us at ease straight away and his advice and care was second to none, and it worked - thank you SO much, Phill! Also important to add that previously, we travel the extra journey to the Burlyn's Surgery as it's simply worth it for the care, which is 9 miles one way, about 1 hour round trip. Coach House have often been accommodating with seeing us at the Foxhold Surgery which is much closer, only 3 miles away! Sometimes it is better to go the distance and get better care. Thanks again, team! You guys are the best.

This continues to be a wonderful practice. Vets Phill and Chloe are so personable and the reception always make a real effort to help. We have one happy dog! [Having tried a more local Andover vet for logistical reasons, we have now returned to Coach House - the personal touch makes all the difference!]
