Excellent service as always. I phoned them today as my dog (Bruce) got hurt in his back leg then pet practice gave me appointment straight way ans they seen my dog and gave him all necessary treatments which was amazing now my dog feels way better. The vet I don’t know her name was absolutely so helpful and the nurse (meghan) she’s absolutely so nice and helpful as always. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the care and treatment at Pet Practice, as always. Although there wasn’t a same day appointment available at my usual practice, I was offered an appointment at a nearby branch with a familiar vet. I was greeted at reception and put at ease straight away. I was seen promptly which is always a relief with an anxious kitty. Joe explained everything clearly and gave thorough recommendations. Highly recommend 😊

First visit to this practise and it was so nice not to be kept waiting for over 30mins which was the normal at my other vet. we were seen straight away which put my dog at ease as he doesn’t like the vet and ends up anxious and shaking which makes me upset. The vet took the time to say hello to my dog which was also lovely. Explained things in detail and why he was doing certain things so hopeful of a resolution sooner rather than later

We have such a good experience each time we visit. Meg the veterinary nurse is the best we could ask for, and she takes such good care of my elderly cat Millie, doesn’t make us feel rushed and genuinely cares about what she’s doing. Millie is always extremely worried when we visit but Meg somehow keeps her calm enough that she’ll accept dreamies (and ask for more). I’d recommend them to anybody!

Vets here are amazing. So caring and efficient, patiently answered all my questions! They saw my dog the day I rang up and he needed to get back the next day for treatment, they slotted him in. He is now on the mend and back to his chipper self.
