Really shocked in how much annual boosters and kennel cough have risen in price and with no warning until I came to pay for them. The vets around the corner are £50 cheaper. Not impressed

My German Shepherd was carefully handled, which is not easy. Very pleased that she has turned the corner after appropriate treatment at very short notice at a weekend. No hanging about either which was greatly appreciated. Thank you

GKG are an excellent vet practice and we love the monthly subscription thing, too. Barney is fond of everyone there and loves the treats he gets when he visits. Always a very positive result.

I’m very disappointed with the care my cat recently received from Alice Kim at GKG Vets. My cat was seen for an issue that was misdiagnosed, and since then his condition has worsened — he’s now developed an abscess that could likely have been prevented with proper treatment the first time. During the initial visit, the vet didn’t even carry out basic checks such as temperature or heartbeat, yet when I returned, I was told I’d need to pay another consultation fee despite the problem not being properly addressed in the first place. I’ve been using GKG for over 30 years, but since the practice changed ownership, I’ve noticed a clear decline in standards of care and customer service. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be taking my pets back. Very poor service — especially from Alice Kim. I’d strongly advise other pet owners to be cautious.

Our little sausage dog Freddy suddenly became very ill and contacted our amazing vets who were amazing. Even though they were super busy with it being Easter weekend they fitted us in and Freddy always feels at ease with our vet compared to our previous vet freddy used to visit. Freddy was given 5 star treatment by all the staff from reception to main vet even given a lovely fresh chicken meal once Freddy began to feel better and was pampered by all the staff. So welcoming for both pets and all the family who came to pick Freddy up once better.
