A huge thank you from Nana and her family! We are so incredibly grateful to the entire team at Pet Practice for the outstanding care you provided during Nana’s emergency appointment. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was kind, caring, and incredibly helpful – instantly putting us at ease. The veterinary doctor and nurses have been nothing short of amazing. Your compassion, professionalism, and dedication have meant the world to us. You've gone above and beyond to help Nana, and we truly can’t thank you enough. We would highly recommend Pet Practice to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares. With heartfelt thanks, Nana and her family ❤️🐾

Vets are very good, we believe they mean and do well. Unfortunately, the management is poor. We had a pet plan for years - we never received a message or email or a call to remind us to pick up our dogs tablets. The reminders are apparently a part of their service but they don’t work. When we raised it and asked to be given what we paid for, we received a cold NO. They admitted the reminders didn’t work however that was their answer. So, if you are looking for a vet that helps you to keep track of your dogs needs, this is not the right place for you.

Honestly the practice in Romsey were just so amazing. I had an emergency with my Husky/German Shepherd, with a stick injury to the mouth that she needed to be sedated for, to address. I dont live in the area anymore, I’m based in Bristol so they are not my regular vets. All the staff at Pets Practice were just incredible. So helpful, so friendly, super fast, efficient, caring and, really understanding. The prices were very reasonable especially for an emergency visit that required immediate attention. If I wasn’t in Bristol and already with a vets, I would make them my regular practice FOR SURE! 15/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

I have taken Bailey here for all his 6yrs. From the puppy classes to his 6 monthly checks , annual inoculation's and any treatment he needed . He is a timid whippet and the care and attention given to him is 100%. They keep him calm and do not rush him. I would recommend them.

My dog Alfie gets very anxious at the vets when its vaccination time - Pet Practice have tried several methods to improve his experience, calming medication, 'happy visits', and letting us just sit in the waiting room whenever we're nearby. Nothing has really diminished his anxiety so now we just get it over and done with as quickly as possible. I am so impressed at Bridget's skill and speed at administering his boosters. Additionally, she was able to swiftly remove a broken claw earlier this year- we were so relieved this was done so efficiently. The admin staff are friendly and helpful and apart from the occasional wait time (sometimes running a bit late) we always come away feeling satisfied with Alfie's treatment.
