We have a large but very nervous dog. Every vet we meet is thoughtful about how to approach him to give him the best possible experience. Although we don’t know what is happenning with our dog, we were given choices about what investigations to pursue and in what order. Would highly recommend the team at Mainstone

I have used MainstoneVets for around 11 years. I have 2 dogs that are always very happy and excited to go in. I put this down to the staff. From the receptionists, to the nurses and the vets. I would highly recommend Mainstone for checkups, advice and treatments. They give honest advice and options.

Mainstone are great, our cat Sidney has been under them since he was a kitten & they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently he needed an urgent appointment for an infection and they were quick to provide us with one. The reception team are always polite and helpful via telephone & in person. I find the vet staff are always very knowledgable and are gentle with Sidney. Thank you Mainstone.

Mainstone provides an excellent service, examinations/assessments are thorough and outcomes very well explained. Treatment options are always discussed with pros and cons identified. Appointments are not rushed. Staff are friendly and most importantly very kind and sympathetic towards pets! I have been visiting for many years now with all sorts of different animals and have developed great trust in the care provided by the veterinary staff.

Always friendly & welcoming with both pets & owners. Explains diagnosis simply so i can understand and what's what's going g to happen next fully. Would always recommend Mainstone which is why I have been registered there with varies pets for over 20 years.
