Although we are Lyndhurst clinic clients our regular nurse Eva rang me to check on phone how my pet was. She arranged appointment next morning at Totton to check out her concerns. Saw vet Helen at Totton and all sorted to great satisfaction.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Waiting room has an area especially for cats and small animals. Vet was very knowledgeable and helpful. Consulting room ideal with large window looking out on to the garden. A great viewpoint for curious cats! Good size car park. Overall a stress free experience. I would highly recommend

The ongoing support and compassion provided by Vet Annie and Nurse Nicky was amazing during a period of extreme stress and anxiety. We now have a treatment plan that works for both myself and cat. I highly recommend them.

Not overly impressed with the service, especially when they charge 80 pounds for a vaccination that probably cost no more than £.20, but should have involved a health check at the same time but you cannot call a quick listen at his heart a full health check they did not look at any other part of him such as his ears, his eyes, his mouth, his abdomen so really a lot of money for very little service

We have two pets registered with MidForest and I will NEVER allow them to go to the Totton branch due to the rude, cruel and officious way in which they spoke with me in the past and today. Specifically Anna who did not listen, did not care that my situation had changed recently (dog has to have a major operation) and that i have spent out all my saved up funds on that. Finally we rescued a cat from a horrid situation, brought it in for a check up in July and was treated like I had stolen him. Today Anna demanded that I pay the whole outstanding balance or they refused to see my now sick cat. She wanted over £700 in fact I owed just over £80! I was spoken to like absolute trash in a very passive aggressive and unprofessional way to the point where she was not listening, talking over me, talked down to me accused me of swearing at her when i said the word 'piss' and laughed at me down the phone. I hung up and spoke with Lyndhurst branch who were understanding and the balance was paid in full to them. I have cancelled my appointment in Totton as I will not allow these people any where near my animals. Do not take your pets to Totton, they did not notice the issue with my dog that now requires surgery even after annual check ups. All they care about is claiming on your insurance.

Registered and got to be seen today and it’s been such a breeze and lovely visit after horrible experience we had at vets for pets Totton. Dr Alice took time to make my Chappy feel comfortable and although he was not scared she managed to examine his both legs and took time to explain me the problem and what we can do next. Absolutely can’t recommend enough!! We definitely found found our vet! 🤍🤍🤍

Lost my Staffie last year. The vet was very helpful and showed great empathy. The staff in general were sympathetic and made the process easy. Now my staffie puppy goes there and he’s happy to go without any worries.
