I love this vet practice. They are kind and caring and happy to help you in an emergency. I have an older cat and she's had her teeth done here and recently an ingrown claw sorted. We unfortunately lost a pet earlier this year and the vet was informative and professional when dealing with us at a very difficult time. The practice sent us a card after which we were very touched by. I appreciate the professionalism and care offered by Vets for Pets Totton as does my cat 😺

Pretty incompetent so far, we had a prescription for our cats weight, they gave us the prescription for a large cat but didn't note down the weight and now were unsure the prescription is even correct. Now we've been told we have to take her back for another weighing which is not convenient

Gold standard service and care. Thank you Judith, Agatha and the whole vet nurse and reception team for taking such good care of our dog Dusty. We were always offered same day appointments when she was unwell, the communication was excellent, her care compassionate and professional. We felt she was in the best hands and are so grateful for your hard work.

We've been a customer of vets4pets for 7 years now and cannot fault their service. Our cat recently passed and they were so helpful and attentive with sorting his cremation. We received a sympathy card, and a beautiful package with the engraved box we paid for for his ashes. The advice and support has been amazing and we'd highly recommend this branch.

Blackberry seen within hours of calling and treated. All the team were great especially the head vet Judith. Animals always first. Blackberry now resting. Yet another visit for one of our rescue Labradors being given a thorough, caring and professional health check/treatment. The animals as always come first and get the very best of care. we travel over 25 mile to go to see the head vets as they are worth being given the best of care.
