A disgrace of a company. I’ve now been hit with a £60 parking ticket for being there just 14 minutes, which shows how unreasonable this whole setup is. The car park is clearly used by customers of nearby businesses like Subway, yet it’s treated as if it’s only for the vets. There’s no clear or prominent signage to make this obvious, so people end up parking there in good faith. To then issue a £60 charge for such a short stay—especially when you’re not even a customer of the vets—feels completely unjustified. It comes across as a deliberate attempt to catch people out rather than manage parking fairly. What makes it even worse is that these restrictions seem to be enforced even when the vets isn’t operating or is closed. How can it be reasonable to penalise someone for using an empty car park for just 14 minutes when the business it supposedly serves isn’t even open? This feels less like legitimate parking control and more like a money-making scheme. It’s misleading, unfair, and honestly just a rip-off targeting unsuspecting people.

I can not thank the team enough for the kind and caring manner they show, I had to rush my little man of 9 years here on Friday due to a medical emergency unfortunately he had to be put to sleep, but how it was dealt with the compassion and empathy shown by everyone was heart warming. Today they have allowed me to see Marley one last time before he’s sent away for cremation which was lovely of them and really gave me the chance to see my boy peacefully asleep. Thank you to the whole team xx

The staff have always been very accommodating as my dog is very anxious and reactive. Everyone in the practice is friendly and supportive and I feel listened to and understood. Very grateful to have a supportive veterinary practice so close by.

We recently had to have our beloved dog put to sleep here. And while the whole process went smoothly, I found it shocking that half way through, I was asked to pay for the treatment. I was in the middle of saying goodbye to my beloved pet of 15 years, I was beside myself with all kind of emotions, so this came as a shock. So my friendly piece of advise is to ask customers to pay upfront first if not after in the future as this kind of treatment is uncalled-for. It made me sad that money was more important than my pet and my feelings.

The receptionist who handles suggestions and complaints is extremely rude and completely unfit to deal with customers. The level of care for customers is at an absolute minimum, and there’s a complete lack of empathy or professionalism. A place that treats people this way should never be allowed to serve the public. The owner either doesn’t care about how customers are treated or has no idea how poorly things are being managed.

A disgrace of a company. Car park looks like it is for customers of subway and not the vets you then get hit with a parking charge for not being a customer of the vets. A scam if ever I have seen one.

My dog gets anxious and said we need to be quick with her when booking. She was fine when first went in but had to wait 20mins after our schedule appointment by which point she knew where she was and wanted to leave so made it harder when we did eventually get in to give her, her injection. Vets did a good job though eventually.
