Will never use this vets again.its a total money making racket I took my cat bhodie to be put to sleep.their was no empathy. Compassion just 2 vets with glum faces .as bhodie was being put to sleep .I noticed a large poster infront of me saying PAY TODAY.....NOT NICE TO SEE WHEN YOUR BEAUTIFUL FRIEND IS LEAVING FOR GOOD .No professional conduct whatsoever...I went to reception highly charged with emotion. THAT WILL BE £530.50P.I SAID WHY SO MUCH MONEY TO HAVE MY BUDDY PUT TO SLEEP...OH that's the consultation fee as well as putting your cat to sleep .with a glum straight face...I said there was no consultation only 2 questions asked.....I of course paid .VETS ARE A DISGRACE AND NEED TO REDUCE THEIR PRICES DRASTICALLY .So if anyone is thinking of training as a vet please realise you will be conning the public.over the 3 weeks before bhodies death the vets took £4.000 off me .unfortunately bhodie was not insured if I didn't have the money the vets just turn their backs as so many have experienced .its a money making business only 😰

My daughter's cat had to be put to sleep which was a very distressing time for her and her partner. We were taken into a room and a blanket was layed out for him which was very dirty. The vet himself was very nice but after he was put to sleep a member of staff came in and was talking about how my daughter was going to pay which was very insensitive as my daughter and her partner were very upset. May I add that when my dog was put to sleep the staff at my vets made it clear that they were happy to collect payment during the week not straight after I had lost my beloved pet. Whilst we were all saying our goodbyes the receptionists were in the next room laughing and gossiping which was so disrespectful. When we had arrived there was a candle on the reception which is lit when someone is saying their final goodbyes to their pet which I thought was a lovely touch but when we were leaving they hadn't even bothered to light the candle. All in all I felt that most of the staff lacked compassion and empathy. Very disappointed 😞
