Welcome to Pet Vet, a veterinary practice located in the heart of Southampton, Hampshire. Pet Vet has been providing top-quality care for pets of all shapes and sizes in Hampshire, England for over a decade. One of the things that makes Pet Vet unique is our availability. We are open seven days a week, including weekends, to ensure that we are always there when you and your pets need us. Our open-hours are between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm on weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays, and from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays. This way, we can meet all your pet’s healthcare needs on your schedule.

At Pet Vet, we have specialists who provide expert care for different animal species, including aquatics, birds, cats, dogs, exotic, wild, and small mammals. Access to Advanced Practitioners and referral interests sets Pet Vet apart from other veterinary practices. Our specialists are trained in the latest veterinary techniques and use state-of-the-art equipment to provide comprehensive care for your pets.

Our veterinary surgeons are the heart of our practice. Dr Monique Van Ouwerkerk, who holds a BVSc, BSc, MSc, CertVD, and MRCVS, is our Principal Veterinary Surgeon. She and her team provide medical care and perform surgeries as needed. Our veterinary team is experienced and has a great bedside manner, giving the best possible care to your pets. They work together to give your furry friend the best possible treatment.

We’re proud to say that Pet Vet is a welcoming environment with ample facilities for your pets. Our clinic has easy access for the disabled, ample parking, and, for your convenience, an excellent client car park. We strive to make your visit as stress-free as possible, so your pets can feel relaxed and comfortable.
