My dog, Ava, loves visiting the vet, particularly Guy who she adores. The entire staff are supportive, friendly and professional. The location of this surgery is perfect for anyone in the Somerford, Mudeford, Purewell area. Many of the adjoining pet shop staff know both myself and my dog by name which is a plus. I love the fact that this is a family owned, independant vet practise as the service is more personal than the large corporate owned ones. Thanks everyone, particularly vet Izzy who had to negotiate Ava's dramatics pre injection! (hahaha)

My dog Phoebe and my two cats Pippin and Junior are looked after by Pet Practice Christchurch and I must say that the staff are so great and so friendly and always put my fur babies at ease! I couldn't imagine a more caring and professional place to take my babies and I'm so happy that I've found a vets that I can trust.

We are frequent customers of Pet Practice Christchurch, due to having 6 cats! The staff here are the most amazing, caring and empathetic people you will ever meet. We recently had to say goodbye to our 11 and a half year old cat, Gem. She was the oldest of our cats and the absolute light of our lives. The care and dignity she was given while she was crossing the rainbow bridge was just outstanding, we couldn't ask for better people to have in that devastating time. We thank you so much for all you do❤️ Adding to that, today our Kitten Luna unfortunately had to have an emergency vet visit this afternoon and they saw her immediately, took their time with her even though there were other emergencies in the practice, we didn't feel rushed at all, she had amazing care and was treated amazingly. You really do go above and beyond for all of our cats, even the difficult ones!😊

My fox red Labrador recently is a patient and was recently spayed by Hannah. Throughout the process Hannah was informative, compassionate and professional. Scylla is making a solid recovery back home. The other staff were equally friendly and fussed over her! Struggle to leave without buying additional toys and treats from the shop conveniently next door!!
