I can't recommend Mangnolia House Vets enough. The care they have given Hoppity, our house rabbit has been exceptional. Every staff member we've come into contact with have been so lovely. Even contacting Stan our vet during his days off, he replies immediately. We are so grateful for what they've done for Hops, and the support and care they continue to give. They go above and beyond and we will be registering both our rabbits here permanently. Thank you to Stan and the team, our family is so grateful to you all

Such a different experience to other vets! So much better. Everyone I met was lovely and the place itself is set out in such a way that it makes it much less stressful for animals. Based on this experience I would thoroughly recommend them!

Honestly the best vets I’ve ever been to, so lucky to have found them recently, they saved my little dogs life. So, so knowledgeable and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog there for treatment knowing she would receive the best care and that they would do everything they could to save her. Very honest with me throughout her illness and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The vet nurses were brilliant and the reception staff so polite, kind and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough you will be be in good hands if you register your pet with them.

Quite simply the BEST and ONLY vets I will ever use. I recommend them to anyone who needs an honest and caring vets to look after their vets. I was late discovering them with my elderly cat Felix who sadly had a large tumour ( undiscovered by my previous vets) which required his being eased on his way to heaven. They went out of their way showing expertise , a huge helping of dignity, support and understanding. Making a heart wrenching time just that bit easier for both me and Felix. I promise I will be back as and when the next cat comes into my life. Thanks so much not only to the receptionist who went out of her way to get me an appointment at short notice and to the vet Meg who was my saviour at such a distressing time I cannot thank you enough for guiding me through such a distressing time with your support and understanding.

I’ve kept small animals/exotics for 15+ years and have never come across a vet more knowledge than Stan. I have been taking my guinea pigs to Magnolia House for over a year now for various reasons and Stan is always amazing. All of the staff are very caring, attentive and treat every animal (no matter size or species) with the same respect and care as every other pet. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.

Please if you love your fur babies don’t use this vets!!!!!!! My dog died due the neglect. He went In for a routine operation told me everything went great. But a few days later I had to take him back because he had an infection, wouldn’t eat or drink and he started having trouble’s breathing they didn’t care and just disregarded me about everything and sent me home.. He died later that night!!!
