I can’t thank Pet Practice Marlborough enough for their unwavering dedication to pet care. I recently found myself in a stressful situation needing urgent vaccination boosters for two cats so they could stay in my cattery, despite the vaccinations being overdue and my request being incredibly last minute. Even though it was late morning on a busy Saturday, the team went out of their way to squeeze us in. Their flexibility, generosity with their time, and genuine care made all the difference, and I’m so incredibly grateful for how they stepped up to help. This isn’t the first time they’ve gone above and beyond either, I’ve also heard so many glowing comments from clients about how brilliant they are. A truly outstanding veterinary practice with a team who clearly care deeply about both pets and owners.

We saw Joe today with our foster dog Dolly. He was very reassuring and gave us some brilliant advice to help with her allergies. I would definitely recommend.

Meghan at Newbury, where I usually go, assessed my dog & in her usual efficient manner arranged for me to see a vet in the Marlborough branch, as there was nobody available in Newbury that morning. Marlborough were just as professional as Newbury.Explained clearly what was required & spent time with me, even though they were about to start operating

Vet Sophie is so caring and thoughtful. She gives us and our cats a proper amount of time to be able to investigate thoroughly, carefully taking our input and thoughts into account too. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I've never been so happy with a veterinary surgery as I am with theirs.

The knowledge and skills of these vets are very good. However, they lack the empathy and personal care that I have experienced with other vets. I have had to have two elderly animals put to sleep here and both times the vets were very clinical and cold. I also found them cold when dealing with the assessment of my elderly dog in the months before we lost her. They are also very expensive. I do understand that not all vets can be warm and caring, but its a shame this practice seems to be lacking in a bit of basic empathy.

The Vet was really good with my dog. He has shaken with fear when previously visiting a different vets. On this visit the vet made Rory feel comfortable in the waiting area and when he went into the examination room, Rory was absolutely fine. No shaking at all! The vet was really helpful and even discounted the cost for me. I left feeling like dog and I had been really cared for. I will definitely be staying at this vets for future vetenary visits.

Tom diagnosed a heart murmur in my Norfolk terrier and was quick to arrange a cardio scan which resulted in heart tablets for life for Sookie. Without his diagnosis I may well not have Sookie now. He is professional, thorough, efficient, kind and explains clearly and listens. I cannot recommend him and Pet Practice Marlborough more thoroughly. Thank you My Polly has been spayed today and I am full of praise for Ben and the veterinary nurses who so obviously love and are so good at their jobs. Very professional and friendly. From the first phone call today to say Polly was out of surgery and all was well, to collection and follow up appointments organised. Thank you.
