Simon & Matt are extremely knowledgeable, but equally pragmatic, they helped me no end on a difficult topic, about a dog that is a family member!

Needed an emergency appointment for our dog on a Saturday morning, rang The Laurels, booked in straight away, saw the Vet, thorough check up and advice going forward. Excellent service, would recommend.

It's great that the Laurels are not part of a "Big Chain" as this allows for a more personal approach and I felt that they were not then profit driven. The staff are all friendly, the vet who checked and treated our cat was lovely... He was as gentle as he could be, explained what he was doing and why, then gave us a couple of options, not just the most expensive one. We left, feeling confident that our cat would soon be on the mend, and a week later she is back to full health.

I now have a new puppy after losing my wonderful Peggy. Staff were so caring when I lost her, couldn't ask for better care. They have been brilliant with the new pup, answering any questions I had. Wouldn't go to any other vet.

I have been with the Laurels vets for over 25 years and many of my own dogs and fosters from rescue have had treatment there. All my dogs have been well cared for during treatment and day care and also the aftercare. I feel I am able to ask questions regarding treatment, aftercare and anything I should look out for regarding my dogs health. Highly recommended to new clients and fiends

Fantastic service from phone call to consultation. I called up in a panic due to my cat being poorly. They were sympathetic and helpful. They booked me in to see the vet after his morning surgery and we were seen very quickly. The vet was engaging, asked the right questions and we were diagnosed, medicated and had a plan in place going forward within 10 mins! He knew what he was looking for and took the time to examine Rae properly whilst appreciating he was poorly and stressed. Thank you

I`ve reluctantly had to switch vets after moving from Hereford to Bromyard but I just wanted to say how caring, thoughtful, understanding and professional all the team members I interacted with truly are. Especially, Andrew, who even on a Christmas day emergency appointment greeted me and my little Bonnie with a warm smile and gave me all the reassurance I needed. I`ve nothing but happy memories that still make me chuckle to this day. The time when I arrived to collect Dillon and Roly after they'd both been neutered, Roly (just a pup) came bounding out from around the back, bouncing around without a care in the world whilst Dillon (his Dad) was cradled in one nurses arms with another nurse soothing and gently stroking him. The beautiful condolence card and message I received after I lost Roly was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. A special thanks for all the times my dogs stinky anal glands were expressed and finally, thanks for all the little chats I had with the receptionists, I`m thinking of you, Lynn, who is super friendly with a good sense of humour. P.S. Dillon is still going strong and will soon be 16yrs young. His selective hearing and milky eyes are in decline plus he sleeps most of the time which is expected but I'm convinced he`s still got a few good years left in him.
