Gutted to be charged for a check up after paying an initial appointment - this never happened before was never an charge and to charge £48 to check an ear which took 5 minutes is ridiculous. Get a wake up call you will have no clients left

I have 2 Siamese Kittens. Both needed neutered. Although expensive it was a requirement as sister and brother! Staff very attentive. Easy to get appointments as have a number of vets under this name. Operation went well. Both recovered well with no I'll effects.

So far so good. They are nice, kind and efficient. Every time I go there's a different girl though. Not that it bothers me, it's just interesting... I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation.
