The practice opens at 8:30 am and closes at 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, they open at 8:30 am and close at 12:00 pm. They are closed on Sundays, but the veterinary team is always on call in case of an emergency.

The veterinary nurses include Miss Sophie Davies, Miss Nicola Felton, Miss Bethan Hughes, Michelle Kirk, and Mrs Catherine Raymond, all of whom are passionate about animal welfare.
