Wonderful helpful staff, I had to take my puppies on along journey for their second vaccination, unfortunately they were all sick on the way,the vet was wonderful when she saw the state of my puppies and helped me sort them out and get them all clean, I was so grateful, I would highly recommend this branch

Just really pleasant experience all round. The staff were lovely and treated my dog like it was their own. We also got treated like we were the only ones that mattered.. Just very nice and a reasonable price given the treatment. My dog gave them 5 stars!

There's been a name change from Alpha to Haven Vets but it's brought some new faces to the practice. Met the new vet to the practice Suzie a couple of times now with both my dogs. Very happy with her care of my furbabies and that she took time to look up some meds for my old girl with renal issues and some extra pain relief. My young boy has just had his annual vaccination and again, took some time and checked him over even though he only had a health check up recently. Luckily both my furbabies are happy to go to the vets so I have no issues, knowing that they are having the best care with all the Team

We changed to Alpha earlier this month from our old vets. What a difference in 2 vets. Alpha has time patience and didn’t rush us when we were explaining our issues about one of our dogs. Would highly recommend them.

I had my dog euthanised last week, and as grateful as I was that the vets came to our home, I wish they would have been a bit more compassionate. 2 big burly men coming in, just grabbing Fins paw to shave which he obviously showed distress to and then administered the anaesthetic. I'm not telling them how to do their jobs, but maybe a little sedative to calm him first, guide us through the journey gently and show some compassion to the owners and their beloved pets. I feel Finlay's final moments were of these men distressing and scaring him rather than him passing gently with dignity with mam and dad there with him. Please think about the animals / owners in future and not the price tag

I have been with Alpha for 6 years, i cant fault the vets at all, but the receptionists need to be sacked! Would give no stars if I could. Very cold reception from receptionist. Richard was very rude. Will never recommend Alpha purely due to receptionists.

Lovely receptionist and got a non-emergency booking for the next day. Arrived on time and there was no wait. Lovely interaction with vet and I felt they took the time to listen and were understanding and not patronising. Left with a suitable solution and didn't feel ripped off. No one tried to sell me anything expensive either! I also liked the fact that there were clear prices on the products they were selling. Would recommend!

Amazing service at Alpha Vets. We are on holiday at Pembrey Country Park, with two of our dogs having had operations 10 days ago at our own vets in England. Alpha vets very kindly said they would remove the stitches and gave them a very thorough examination at the same time. One of our dogs is very nervy and the vet was brilliant with him, she got down on his level and was very calm. A perfect visit and should we ever need to use them again, we wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Thanks!!
