  The best vets out there!! The whole team is absolutely amazing and so supportive. They all genuinely seem to love what they do which is so refreshing compared to other places. The facilities are amazing with lots of private seating to avoid stressing out animals which was a game changer for us with an anxious dog. I want to give a special shout out to Anna for making the worst news easier and taking time to answer our questions and listen to our concerns. I’m never one to leave reviews but Seren Vets is one of a kind and I can’t thank the staff enough.

  I am so grateful for Seren Vets, all the Vets there are very kind and treat my dogs like their own, which helps with my anxieties if my dogs are unwell. They always seem to have the best interests of animals at heart which is what you hope for in a vet. I would highly recommend.

  I can't recommend Seren Vets highly enough. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate to both pet and owner. The facilities are welcoming and clean. On top of that, this is the only vets I've used where it doesn't feel like it's all about the money, they don't charge you as much as they can just for the sake of it.

  I started taking my dogs to this vet about 2 years ago. The friendly advice always relieves my worries about my little dogs. Expert care when my cavalier had to suddenly be put to sleep, with Jo and staff staying well after closing time. Thank you everyone for the excellent service.

  I took my rabbit to Seren Vets after being referred there, normally when I go to other vets they aren’t very experienced with rabbits. We saw Kevin and I can’t recommend him enough for owners with exotic pets. He was very informative, carefully explained what was going on with my rabbit and made sure we understood what he was saying. We found out the reason why my rabbit is continuously getting ill is because he doesn’t eat enough hay, Kevin took his time to give us methods on how to increase his hay intake. Whilst Kevin was examining my rabbit he was very caring and soft spoken to my rabbit. The waiting area was clean and modern, with a very calming atmosphere. The reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant to everyone and their pets. I also really liked that there were different waiting areas for dogs, cats and exotic animals. This was a very positive experience and I will continue to visit Seren Vets in the future😊

  This is our second visit to this practice and without a shadow of doubt we can say that Kevin and the team are so caring and listen to everything you have to say. Yes, there are many good vets around, but Kevin we have to say is someone special and the kindest and genuine interest in all our concerns are given the utmost attention. It was a real pleasure to see you and your team this morning and our guinea pigs are so grateful that they gave some of their treats to you and reception today (Zeus&Apache).. We HIGHLY recommend this practice and Kevin you are very special as a vet and you need to know this ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
