Having just moved to this vets 4 pets. We're happy but also disappointed compared to previous experience, same company different location. So friendly-ish service, felt a little forced and also pushy, the "look" made me feel like a terrible owner. We were just unsure/concerned for her and the sudden high expense. Bombarded with information and the look (felt like with disgust) every time I asked a question/ explained my thinking, surgery then agreed, but treatment within reason. We were updated throughout the procedure. (Hence 3 stars)But not a moment to think, she laid it on thick! just like she did during the previous appointment. Felt as though she had just made up her mind, back at first appointment, at this point.not gentle, borderline forceful, Nurse handing our pup back after surgery was friendly and appeared attentive towards us all, reassuring us and towards our girl. (Again hence 3 stars, credit given where due) Having met two of the receptionists a couple of times. Sometimes okay/friendly, I wouldn't say either were warm/smiling on the three occasions we have so far been. Feeling uneasy on how either of their characters will be.Also a nurse sits out there with them on two of the three visits, (same one both times) and she makes eye contact but doesn't even smile, portraying teenage like attitude, we are both very chatty people, she just chats amongst colleagues, eating lunch. The third appointment was for our boys boosters, wasnt warm with that lady, blank, forceful and pushing to spend more. Again looking at us like rubbish when didn't agree, pressure. We are debating going over to the other vets 4 pets. We'll see. Be warm, be caring of our pups, acknowledge us, and stop pushing.

I had cold vets for pets Cambridge. Beeive, with concerns about what to do with my pregnant dog and Megan on reception was incredibly helpful; giving me practical advice about the use of handrails, in place of pig rails for the whelping and birthing for my dog.. very helpful practical money saving advice. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice. Well done

Really bad service, i ordered flee treatment in June and didn't receive it. The lady in the phone said it may take some time for the treatment to come through, but it never came and when i called them up again discussing this issue they tried putting the blame back on me.

Handy they are open 7 days a week. My head is still in a blur, they could and should have done more for my guinea pig. I blame myself for her passing because if she went to my original vet practice she would either still be here or at least they would make it so she is no longer in pain and suffering, not prolong it like this practice did. I was only meant to be here for some help on a bank holiday, but for some reason I kept going back, but I was not thinking straight as I was worried about her. So I am at fault for going back to them, but their care is just poor.

Absolutely amazing! My husky had to go in to get a mass removed from her leg last week, and we’ve had a few checkups since and she’s always so excited to go see everyone there and practically jumps and sprints out of the car to go see them. Shadow is terrible at leaving her bandages alone and every check up we need to change them out, she had a bit of a reaction to the shaved patched so has been given an ointment, and it’s dried up a lot! They even gave her nails a clipping whilst under because I had mentioned that she hates them being done. 10/10 would definitely recommend
