Absolutely fantastic. Very prompt to be seen, incredibly caring staff (about my cat and me) and very thorough. Everything was clearly explained and discussed. Just brilliant.

Managed to get an appointment on the same day I called. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly and the vet listened to my concerns and gave me sound, useful advice. Luckily I haven't had to take my cat back since the advice given. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Lovely vets, very caring and experienced. Easy to book appointments and very convenient location with sufficient parking. Clean and welcoming. I feel my animals are in safe hands there.

We took our neighbour’s cat to this emergency vet as she was unwell and we couldn’t get hold of our neighbours at the time. The team were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They checked her straight away and also managed to get in touch with the owners, which was a huge relief. Everyone we dealt with was professional, caring and genuinely focused on the cat’s wellbeing. At the end, they didn’t charge us anything, explaining that we had brought her in out of care — which we found incredibly generous and thoughtful. We had contacted other practices in and around Cambridge, but this was the only one that prioritised the animal’s welfare rather than administration or booking appointments. We would highly recommend this vet practice for their compassion, professionalism and genuine care.

The appointment began on time, and we were allowed in the back door, as the dog does not get on with other dogs. His paws were clipped without fuss, so it was a good experience for both dog and owner.

I've now had all four of my pets (3 of them - Jezza, Minnie & Bonkie - pictured) seen for check-ups at our new vet's in Impington, and I've been thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, care and competence of all the staff we've encountered. I couldn't be happier to recommend this vet's surgery!

What a fabulous practice! I am so pleased we found them after we moved here from Lincolnshire. Huge thanks to Rita , the vet who has been treating Doug with his recent diagnosis of epilepsy and to all the team for their kindness and care. Highly recommended.
