Took Peanut for her laparoscopic spay today. Excellent service and Hayley was fabulous, explained everything and we felt confident that Peanut was in good hands. Overall the practice was quiet, and when you have a sensitive dog, that’s pretty darn perfect! Dropped at 0830, called at 1115 to say all good and ready for pick up at 1215. Now back at home resting 😌

10 out of 10!!! Outstanding customer service. They didn't keep us waiting at all and the reception staff were very professional, considerate and personable. The vet is extremely knowledgeable and kind, he explained all the options for my pet clearly and also gave me a good idea of what estimated procedures and treatments plans might cost, now and in the future. I was treated with respect, kindness and understanding. Great location right off the A14 with plenty of convenient parking available. Easy to find in the Pets at Home store near the Tesco Extra at Bar Hill - and readily accessible for all. At every step of my customer journey I felt that the practice team was focusing on me and my pet. They gave me their full attention and were never distracted or side-lined by anything else. In advance, I booked an appointment at a certain time - and that's exactly what I got. No drama, no crisis, no complications. I will be returning there again for what I am confident will be the same impeccably high standards of pet and owner care and service. Superb communications by email and by telephone. Highly recommended.

Ocean’s first examination and first vaccination were done at this clinic. The team’s care and approach were very reassuring. Even though Ocean is normally a little sensitive, he felt safe. They explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions patiently. We were very pleased with our first experience. Thank you.

Took cat for his booster vacs. Thorough check up and good advice given to keep him happy and healthy. Receptionists cheerful and helpful. I like these vets but cat hates coming. Bless him.

We've always had great experiences with this practice. Our cat is very nervous, but the team are always brilliant with her. They also provide excellent service; when unplanned life events prevented me from collecting medication on time, they realised & posted it to us without me needing to ask, which was so appreciated! I would absolutely recommend them.

Very welcoming, professional. Vet was very well informed and prepared to see my catafter file transfer from another vet. Consultation went well and thorough information was provided. Consultation price is good but should you need a blood t wt or take blood pressure, they then get up to the roof - over £300 for a blood test regardless or what is tested, £90 for a blood pressure test - so I decided to go back to my previous vet whose fees were half for these.

I cannot praise Bar Hill Vets enough. Their professionalism always comes first. The message service is priceless, you get answers quickly and efficiently. The vets, nurses and receptionists are super friendly, welcoming and always there for you. The facilities are brand new, clean and easily accessible.
