    Sandy is the best vet I've ever met and I've had animals all my life. She genuinely cares for your pets. Would never go anywhere else.

    Booked an appointment for my dog to be neutered I had some concerns bc he’s a big dog and doesn’t like small animals has an allergy and stresses in a crate. So I ask and it’s “ oh he will be fine” sat on it over the weekend and the dread was far too much for me to go through with it. I don’t think it’s fair to do that to the person that knows the dog best I feel it was unfair and like I was treated like I was stupid for not blindly trusting you when u can’t answer small things. When I called up to cancel was told that bc we didn’t call the day before to cancel which was a Sunday we can’t get our money back as you were shut. Still got snarky comments from the call handlers.

    I've been using this practice for nearly 20 years. Firstly with my Choc Lab, who had some serious/complex issues to deal with. And now, with my Westie who suffers with severe allergies. In both cases, and throughout all this time it's struck me, that the team have always been caring, professional, and empathetic. I can, without hesitation recommend them. For me they are a part of my dogs wider family 🙏 .

    Our 1 year old Casey has just had surgery at Vets4Pets Huntingdon and we couldn't fault them in any way. From checking in with the Receptionist to be discharged 2 weeks later we couldn't ask for better treatment. They go above and beyond to ensure the pet and their owners get the best treatment. We have been with this practice virtually from the day they opened and have to say in my 50 years of owning animals this is the best practice we have been to.

    The women at the vets and at the desk are so rude for no reason. I was early and I overheard them complaining to each other. They make you feel like crap, especially if your pet has a problem which can’t be helped!!! no manners at all. Disgusting. The other staff at the counters where you purchase things, no issues. It’s the veterinary staff.

    Missold/ poorly advised around a care plan product and vets4pets point blank refused to take any accountability, check before you agree to anything.

    Took my dog in to have his kennel cough medicine that the vet sprayed mostly up my arm, now dog has bad kennel cough and I'm told from the female receptionist(Alison) if I pay another £70 pound the vet will assess!!!. She found it funny. Very unprofessional and penny pinching. Note: Darren who works as a receptionist is very professional and genuinely cares about animals welfare.

    Best Experience Ever We went with our new 8 week old kitten and were seen by the most professional veterinarian ever. We had plenty of questions and came out with all the answers . Two students were brilliant . We got a whole health package plus a chip straight away … We’re very happy that all three of our cats have such fantastic healthcare .

    Our experience with the vets here has been overall very positive. Since we adopted our dog, we’ve been bringing her here and our vet, Sandy, has been amazing (we’ve seen a few other vets for one off consultations who have also been very good) and our dog is so excited and happy to see her, even after injections etc. The reception staff are very nice, although I know a little overworked - in particular, Darren has been really kind and helpful - the staff are always very sweet with our pup. In particular, our dog is very difficult with having her ears done (and well known by all for it 🙃) and they have been super patient and supportive. We have had Darcy spayed here and had allergy tests here. The nurses we’ve seen have been really good with her anal glands. We’ve been asked by friends who did her spay surgery as if has healed beautifully and they were very good with after care. They are reasonably priced, compared to some other vets (village vets for example) and they never recommend something unnecessary. We even had one vet who saw us, and it turned out to be just an anal glands needing doing and she didn’t charge us above a nurse consultation which was included on our monthly vets subscription. They are clearly more than just about the money, which is very nice to know people care about your pets so much. I would definitely recommend Sandy and the team here 😊
