I wouldn't leave any stars if I had a choice. Horrendous experience with this place surgery went OK but the after care was shocking.. cost spiralling out of control and we had no choice but to keep paying or were told that our lil one could potentially suffer.Referred to out of hours at additional costs ( who were amazing) where she was sent home as she didn't need to be there. I have now escalated this to a formal complaint and unsurprisingly the complaints service vets4pets have found in favour of their vets . I have learnt today that a family friends dog had the same surgery my dog did in October, last week, and this practice we’re willing to charge them the cost of spaying a dog as they said they couldn’t afford it and would have to have their pet put to sleep, whilst I was encouraged to try to take out a Klarna loan and left to pay ten times their costs , so who exactly decides what animal is worth saving in an emergency ! Go elsewhere or at the very least get a second opinion .

Unfortunately my sister In laws cat had to be put to sleep, but the staff were absolutely brilliant, and the little gift they do of your pets paw print in ink and a small vial of their fur. Thank you

Just have to say how amazing the staff are at this store. Sue the receptionist is lovely person and deserves a mention. As pictured below I have a German Shepherd, unfortunately he is very anxious and nervous. Making him loud and very stressed, she went out of her way to make him as comfortable as possible. We recently moved and made this our new vet and very happy we did. The Veterinarians that have had to examine him have also been very understanding with his behaviours. So all in all a great practise and store

Lovely staff (especially the ladies taking calls and running the front desk) reasonable prices and always quick to fit in an emergency any time I've had to ask. I've got 5 cats and have used this vets for the past few years and have never had a problem with them or their service. This is louie after his latest trip to vets4pets for a rat bite to the ear/head...he's an old man but won't stop bringing me presents!
