We were offered free dental check up for our calico 8 year old cat and it was very nice vet visit. Place is very inviting, receptionists were friendly and professional, made our family of three feeling welcomed and informed. Cat was stressed during the travel, but veterinarian made sure she calms down and gets used to new person and place. It was not a long visit, but it was not rushed, and not only dental was assessed, but also her general condition. Vet doctor was caring and shared lots of knowledge with us, which we are very grateful for.

Came in with my dog for an appointment the square face nurse with the fringe was very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. It felt as though she did not care about me or my dog and the help that he needed. She barely spoke to me and was overall unfriendly and made me feel as though my dog wouldn't be in good hands if I carried on using this vet practice. I won't be returning unfortunately and have found a new vets that is much better and more approachable. A very big let down as I did hear good things about this practice but this single experience has really put me off and I hope they get this sorted.

Medivet dont like big dogs in fact the vets are scared of them rediculous. My dog is clever and has learned how to take muzzles off there fore vet was to scared to give her a booster even though my dog is not aggresive . eventually they gave my dog a booster in reception area (she didnt even feel it) no wellfare check no weighing my dog and charged me 57 pounds shurley vets are trained to handle big dogs and if not why not its there preffesion so wont be using this medivets anymore even though my dog has been going there for 4 years . Ithink this is very bad and iam not happy.

The team at Medivet Bretton are always very helpful and caring. It's super easy to get an appointment and the monthly Health Plan means I'm not faced with nasty bills. They also send plenty of texts to remind me about vaccinations and flea/worming so I never forget.

Well organised front of desk, all staff are polite, friendly and efficient. All major credit cards are accepted (inc AMEX). Feliways are plugged in everywhere which was great to see, I especially liked the sectioned off dedicated waiting area for smaller pets and the rack/shelving for customers to be able to put their carriers on high off the ground and they also have blankets to cover over the carriers to help manage stress levels for felines and other smaller pets. Treatment rooms are a generous size. The gravel car park could be improved - when it rains it is muddy, uneven and has potholes!

Took my puppy to Medivet Peterborough Bretton for her first vaccination, microchip, and the full health plan. The team was friendly, professional, and handled everything quickly — we were done in under an hour. My puppy was calm and well cared for, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very satisfied with their service so far!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to have my beloved cat put to sleep due to multiple age related issues. The vet ( whose name I regret not getting) was wonderful and pragmatic about what is best for the cat while also being compassionate and caring in the difficult situation. Added a pic of my cat cos he was awesome ❤️
