I was stood waiting for nearly 5 mins before she one attended the reception. When the lady attend the reception, she did not acknowledge me and left me waiting. Another client arrived after me and was spoken too. It was not until the gentleman arrived I was seen too.

These vets have been great with my dog Ralph, who was last seen by them last week after I needed a same day appointment for his IBD issues. Quick, efficient and they kept in touch to see if he was improving with the provided treatment plan. Also the companion care monthly plan they provide is great also and I highly recommend it. Thank you Dr Seren Cinar & team!

Absolutely useless with no knowledge of what they doing!!! Charges me for £250 for castration and they not sure they did it, also she said there was 2 vets on that operations. How stupid they have to be there and who give them diploma if they don't know nothing. They want send a probe to lab to check what is what they cut off from my cat, because they don't know what they cut 🤡🤡🤡and its cost another £200. They are absolutely scammers and I would not recommended this place to anyone.

We have been with companion care for the best part of 14 years and they’ve always been brilliant and tentative to our dogs and cats from bringing them into the world, helping when they are poorly to being so caring and compassionate when some have passed. We will always use them and we cannot fault any of the staff.

Me and my family would like to thank Adela and the team from the bottom of our hearts for all the care they gave our beloved dog Yoji during his years with you. Last week we had to make the awful decision to get him put to sleep but Adela ensured that we all had the time, dignity and privacy together for as long as we needed. The admin staff put out a candle and a poem at the reception desk so other clients and their pets knew to be quite at the time we were in the room. This helped us not be embarrassed of our tears. Adela explained thoroughly the options of his cremation and let me know where he'd be every step of the way. We received a deeply touching sympathy card with his paw print inside it from everyone at companion care which is just priceless to us and we'll treasure it forever.
