  I cannot thank Pengelly and Mizen enough for everything they did for my beautiful Persian cat, Priscilla. From the moment we arrived, they showed such professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. Priscilla needed a C-section, and the whole team supported us every step of the way with incredible knowledge, reassurance, and kindness. It was such a stressful and emotional time for me, but they truly knew exactly what they were doing and handled everything so calmly and expertly. They not only cared for Priscilla amazingly well, but they also gave me so much support and comfort throughout the whole experience. I’m beyond grateful for the care they provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Pengelly and Mizen to anyone looking for vets who are experienced, compassionate, and truly dedicated to animals and their owners. Thank you again for everything you did for Priscilla and her babies we are now on day 3 and it's been a Wild ride but you have supported us throughout I've told everyone I know to come to you going forward and your have a Client for life in us.

  The vet was absolutely fantastic. I rang in for an emergency appointment as this isn’t my usual vet. She quickly registered me & gave me an appointment. During the appointment, the vet surgeon Efstathios Kallianidis treated my cat with so much dignity and care. He was very knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. Best vet experience I have had!

  The team at this Vet practice ate absolutely wonderful. They have always been there for us, especially after my dog's surgeries, providing outstanding aftercare, and support every step of the way. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care for animals really shine through. I always feel confident knowing my dogs is in such capable and compassionate hands. Truly the best vets in town - i couldn't recommend them highly enough ♥️

  My cat had her boosters at the vets. Everyone at P&M is super friendly and very professional. You are never kept waiting for your appointment. Everything is clean. My cat had a check up, ears, eyes, heart, weight, teefs. We always get the lovely vet from Greece. Super gentle with the pets and explains everything simply. Best vets in Peterborough and I would highly recommend.

  Thank you for looking after my nervous but friendly dog, from the start to finish when booking her in for a lump check with receptionist alison, to the first check up with PJ to find it was a benign lipoma, then to all the nurses libby, casey and finally faye who did the post op check up today. Forever grateful from my little cheeky sausage Skye.

  Highly recommend Pengelly and Mizen for their excellent care, customer service and understanding. We always receive a warm and friendly welcome, the cat reception area is calming and much less stressful for our cat. Really good service all round.

  Outstanding. Above and beyond my high hopes. I was terrified of my little dog having an anaesthetic and expected myself to chicken out of getting his teeth cleaned. A steady dog, his only weakness is a severe attachment to me, anxious at even loss of sight of me. I feared a spell at the vet away from me might cause permanent anxieties. After a consultation with Theo I was reassured and went ahead. The vet was true to his word and treated both the dog and me with truly amazing sensitivity whilst remaining professional. I took in the dog's own little bed and in it, Theo gave him a sedative sending him into a calm sleepy state before taking him off for the anaesthetic and procedure. The dog was back with me and in his bed within the hour and left with me to quietly wake up. Just wonderful compassionate treatment. The nursing staff were just as caring and professional.   Fabulous service, same day appointment . We were out the area on holiday and worried about getting a vet to see us. This surgery was so welcoming and helpful, so glad we are now registered and would not hesitate it using again. Thank you from Flynn 🐾
