Animates - Market Deeping

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The vet was very friendly and gave good advice. My dog was kept very calm and hardly noticed when the vet gave the injection.

we had are puppy vaccinated and microchipped here, vet was so lovely and explained everything thouroughly, and looked after and reassured are puppy amazingly, i would defintly recommend, we will be coming back.

The lady vet I saw was just what I wanted in a vet. I truly felt she cared for my little dogs wellbeing and helped me with my concerns. Not trying to push treatments and gave me great advice. Theres caring about making money and there's caring about your pet and the lady vet I saw really cared about my little pet dog. Which was lovely to experience The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend. ❤️

Animates have always been friendly, caring and professional at Market Deeping and Thurlby and especially recently when our fur baby has needed a lot of care. I was absolutely delighted to visit three weeks ago to discover that there is now a separate dedicated Cat Clinic where the hospital has always been. This is a well thought out calm, peaceful space, decorated in soft green with bird sounds being played in the background. Our girl was much calmer without excited doggies and the nurse had lots of time for us, even showing me the new cat kennels. Not only did our girl seem much calmer but I did too. I felt quite regenerated when we left! Well done Animates for this brilliant idea that I’m sure will be greatly appreciated by all cat lovers who visit 🐈

Just wanted to special thank you to Maisie James ! Who’s been absolutely fantastic with our pooch Karma ! Karma had been a regular over the years at both of the practices Deeping and Thurlby, all the staff have always gone above and beyond for us, I have endlessly recommended Animates to all friends and family over the years. Recently Karma fell quiet poorly we really thought this was going to be the end of our road with her but thanks to Maisie who clearly works miracles our Karma is feeling a lot better and we get to create some more memories with her. Maisie is a wonderful person who really cares about animals and their owners! We are so very comforted by the way you took care of us and Karma!

I took my beloved cat in 2 weeks ago on a Thursday as he was very unwell, the vet examined him and said she couldn’t find any fluid around his abdomen. He had a temperature of 40 so gave him an anti inflammatory jab and said see how he goes, by Sunday I had to take him to an emergency vet in Werrington they told me he was dying and had lots of fluid in his abdomen 🤷‍♀️ He died in pain before they could even put him to sleep 😢 I will never ever go back to animates again
