Our little girl was born with a cleft palet and was hand reared we knew what we were letting ourselves in for the vetsat spalding vets for pets have been absolutely amazing not diving in and getting the operation done but waiting to see if it would heal by itself but after 19 weeks It's still open but only slightly so she will still need to have the operation from receptionist vet nurses and vets you have all been amazing and very helpful best vets we have ever been to

Receptionist said they accept the lifelong vaccination plan. They ended up trying to bill me and called me a liar when I said that I’d mentioned I’m on the lifelong plan and that the receptionist accepted this when booking. It wasn’t until they listened back to the phone call and spoke with the business owner that they finally dropped the charge that they were sending me threatening texts to pay!!! Ended up booking back into the vets I had just left as the staff here were SO unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Amine is the best vet I've ever met. His professionalism and knowledge of animals are invaluable. I highly recommend him, and the whole team is nice and helpful ♥️

AVOID! Today I wanted to register my animals for vaccination, but I was kicked out of this vet's customer list. When I called for registration, the woman who answered spoke very vaguely, it was impossible to understand what she was saying. She didn't ask me for which day and how many animals I want to vaccinate, she just said that she can't accept my animals one day because they are big... We couldn't agree on anything and I ended the call. A few minutes later I received a letter from Practice Manager Kirsty Kirk, where she wrote that Spalding Vets For Pets are no longer able to provide vet services to me and my pets, because "they have a zero tolerance policy towards clients who behave in an offensive and AGGRESSIVE manner towards any colleagues..." Liars, not vets. First of all - change the phone so that the client can hear what you are saying normally... They changed their name because in Google Search they got a lot of negative feedback. Shameful and poor service.
