We registered with this veterinary surgery back in 2011 and have NEVER look back , The Vets themselves are Exellent at their job, always on hand to answer any questions or concerns. All the staff front of house and in the background are the best we have ever met , all very caring and supportive even at the worst of times . We recently got a puppy ( never had a puppy before ) and like all parents with new little ones have had a lot of questions and needed advise along the way ,every single member of staff has been amazing nothing is too much trouble . This veterinary surgery is second to none , extremely friendly ,approachable and understanding , would highly recommend.

So very grateful to the team at Allen, Briggs & Turner LLP. We were visiting family (200 miles from home) when our dog ingested sultanas! The team were fast acting, kind and professional and we couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you so much!

This vets is the best. I called the surgery on Saturday, as my little french bulldog had a really bad eye. We were given an appointment and seen by Sue. Who was really good with him. I always think it makes such a difference for animals on how they are first greated and she was lovely to him. The team are always so lovely, and friendly. Thank you Sue and the team.

Not my regular vet as I live over an hour away, but I needed the specialist skills of Derrick Carpenter for orthopedic surgery on my dog. The whole team have been so helpful and quick to respond at a very worrying time, and after care has been just as good. I wish I lived close enough to register as a routine client, this is a lovely clinic, with very genuine, caring staff and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Our 18-year-old family dog, who wasn’t registered with Allen & Briggs and Turner Veterinary Surgeons at the time, was sadly at the end of her life. We phoned to see if they would kindly take her in for euthanasia, not expecting they would be able to as she wasn’t registered, but they very kindly said they would. When we arrived, we were seen straight away. The whole process from start to finish was 5⭐️ — there was no rushing and no pressure at all. They truly care about the animals and always put their welfare first. They even gave us some of her fur in a little sentimental glass keepsake along with a paw print, which meant so much to us. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little bit easier ❤️

Nigel was the best vet I have ever met. The compassion and knowledge bowled me over. He looked after my little Netherland dwarf, Nibbles like I would have done if I were clever enough to be a vet. I cannot recommend Allen Briggs and Turner enough. Well done Sir. 👏

Very disappointing experience. At my kitten’s initial health check, a case of ear mites was missed, which was concerning as a new pet owner relying on professional advice. At a later vaccination appointment, the vet’s manner was abrasive and unprofessional, with little communication or reassurance. Overall, I found the practice to have poor customer service, inadequate communication, and a lack of care and support for new pet owners. I have no confidence in the standard of service and would not recommend this practice.
