Everyone was kind and caring. Spacious so calm for our dog. Roxana and Nurse were amazing and Roxana showed me the scan section that was cause of concern we had caught it early. Thankfully. A plan going forward and biased so we'll with our own vet.

Beyond dissapointed with the service as I expected so much of this practice. Starring 1star because: - the way they handled my cats neutering. Kept her in a clinic on a day of operation in a kennel for 9 hours waiting for ops because of some emergencies. I am 2 min drive from clinic I told them I can bring cat in as soon as they are ready. Ignored it. I told them my cat would absolutely go crazy if they did keep her in for that long which happened but they didn’t listen as appearently it’s their policy to keep pets waiting for operation on the day. - every single appointment I had was late. I had 4 appointments there in a space of 5 months and every one of them was late by 20-30 min with yesterday’s appointment being late by 50 min. They apologised but that’s not good enough. - they rip you off. I am subscribed to a monthly plan and it still doesn’t include consultations or check ups. They told me I should get higher grade membership if I wanted check ups and consultations included. - I took my cat for check up for a condition she developed after neutering so check up should have been free if they were nice clinic but no they charged me as if it was new appointment. Also they take no ownership or responsibility that my cat has developed some symptoms after having treatment with them. They try to give some other strange reasons that could possibly be it. I am leaving them asap. -

Our puppy mysteriously managed to cut himself quite badly on his leg. Reception staff were very quickly on the case and we had a booking next morning at 8:45am. We were asked to bring him in the day before so the Vet could decide the course of action and everything was explained, insurance claim was put through by the practice and we left knowing he'd need to have his wound sutuered and be anaesthetised. Despite me being in panic mode, upset for my boy and stressed to hell, the staff did everything possible to reassure us that he'd be fine. We left him at the allotted appointment time and felt lost......wasn't expecting this to be as hard as it was tbh. The Vets rang us at 12pm and said everything had gone well, he was recovering so we could come and pick him up as soon as we were able too. A member of staff briefed us on his medication and explained everything and answered our questions perfectly. We cannot fault anything or anyone at Sutterton Vets Practice and would not hesitate recommending them. Reception staff are all super friendly as are the Veterinary staff and their professionalism is crystal clear to see. They made a nasty experience easier to accept and looked after our boy fantastically. Gold medals all round, beyond happy with the facilities, medical advice and of course the procedure itself. We would like to thank everyone at Sutterton Vets for your exceptional care and compassion. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 Kindest regards, Shaun & Dee.

We visited the emergency service after encountering several injured wild birds, and I’m glad we did. The staff member who assisted us over the phone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, the reception staff continued to provide excellent service.

Had to bring my dog into the hospital as she was bleeding from the mouth. Everything was really well done. The receptionist was very welcoming and personable. We were sent to a seat and within a minute the lovely female vet asked us into a consultation room. Our dog is not a fan of vets as she is really scared however the vet was very good and was able to do her preliminary examination without too much of a response. We were so impressed with them that we are taking her back tomorrow for an ultrasound scan.
