Absolutely brilliant service, from compassionate receptionist, to the outstanding nurse and vet. My cat was treated with such kindness and so was I. Very understanding and they helped us remarkably well. I give thanks to this service and appreciate the hard work they do.

Can't recommend highly enough. First time visiting and great even from booking. I registered and booked via telephone, the lady was great and helpful with taking my details and description of my cats problem. Upon arriving at the branch, the reception was very pleasant. The student vet was kind and gentle with my cat who looked like she was ready to qualify! Thank You, I'll be back again (but hopefully not too soon!)

I am thankful to the staff at RSPCA Cambridge for their help during my visits. However, the telephone system is extremely difficult to use. For the past four months, I have been trying to book an appointment, but the line is either constantly busy or cuts me off. On several occasions, I have spent hours waiting. Today, when I selected the option for general enquiries to ask for assistance in resolving this issue, I was not helped, and the lady I spoke with was unfortunately quite rude. This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service over the phone, which is very discouraging. I fully understand that the RSPCA operates under pressure and offers lower-cost services, but cheaper should not mean rude.

Mental. I appreciate the work the RSPCA do and it's not their fault I am in need of their help but my dog is in need of urgent surgery and they don't answer the phone. I've been in the queue for two hours now. If a charity is struggling to offer its services it shouldn't offer them for people to try and use.
