My cat had a abscess on her chin last summer, the Rspca vets saw my cat promptly, she had a procedure to drain the abscess the next day which helped my cat to get better & out of pain - The whole staff team are so caring & helpful, especially Dawn the vet , she is so compassionate, she really does care so much! Our pets really are part of our family! I really do recommend the vets and no hesitation to bring my cats back! Many thanks

Absolutely disgusting service for a charity that claims to 'help' animals!!! We took our 13 year old dog to the practice and after she was examined by a vet were told that she had a prolapse and to wait and see if it went after her season, thankfully it did disappear and she was fine Her next season came and the 'prolapse' reappeared, we phoned back straight away and were once again told that nothing could be done at that time but they would see her in 2 weeks so we paid a deposit and booked an appointment and told that if she deteriorated to ring straight back, 2 days later she had a hemorrhage, we phoned back and asked if she could be seen but were told by a very rude and curt receptionist that no vets were available. We explained to her that we had been told to ring back if our dog got worse and all she could say was '"Well I wasn't in the room when you were told that" and to find another vet and that they would refund our deposit!! We did find another independent vet who said she didn't have a prolapse, it was a polyp which would probably mean multiple operations which was just not fair on such an old dog so the kindest thing to do was to her put to sleep. We are absolutely devastated.....

I believed them when they said they cared. On the morning my 18 yr old cat was due to PTS, I received a call to say 'no vet available'!!!! Really! Appt booked one week prior. Then to state, 'take him to Colchester '. Again, a very sick pet who wouldn't understand the stress of a long journey. After speaking to others, this is a bit of a common theme. Disgusted on his last day, I was scrambling for a private vet to come to me, after borrowing money to pay for this. The private vet was a a godsend, my cat got the dignity and care at the end.

Such a fantastic vets,a big thankyou to Dawn, Hannah and Linzi. They are so kind and helpful, they care so much and always look after my cat brilliantly. Today there were no appointments but I was so worried, they made space and put my mind at rest. My boy loves Dawn as he knows how lovely she is. I wouldn't go to any other vets. Thankyou girls, you are truly valued and very much appreciated 👏 💐. Keep up the excellent work.
