Honestly so impressed with the service offered by Vista Vets. Following our Chase’s castration, he needed more painkillers - I finished my call with them at 18:28 and by 18:39 the same evening, they had been dispensed and my partner returned home with them.

Took my 3 pups for vaccinations. All staff were friendly and professional. From the very friendly lady at the desk to the brilliant vet in the back who was very funny and helpful. Place was very clean and i had no additional hidden costs.

The team at VistaVests is incredible. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, everyone was fantastic. They saved my cat’s life after she ate something she shouldn’t have. All this at a reasonable cost, considering everything.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jahnavi at Vista Pets for my 11-year-old dog, Teddy. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind and gentle with him, which meant so much to me since he’s my whole world. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood all of Teddy’s options and what would be best for his care. What I especially appreciated was how informative and knowledgeable she was — she answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She even presented me with financing options for Teddy’s procedure, which helped ease a lot of my stress. I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism Dr. Jahnavi showed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who combines expertise with genuine kindness.

My cat’s appointment was yesterday with Dr. Peter Brigant. He was very nice and also very professional. Surprisingly my cat was calm the whole time. Also the receptionist lady was very nice and understanding as well. And they only charged me £58 for a rabies vaccine which in London would have cost at least £80. So I am beyond happy. An absolutely perfect service. 10 out of 10.

Overall poor really first ever appointment after moving to Vista because of their 5 star reviews was kept waiting 45 mins for our very 1st appointment!!! Not a good start (they did apologise) ! Quick to jump on the operation route ££££ when our dog had cruciate ligament tear had the video all set up ready 4 us without discussing anything else we eventually got her sorted with a leg brace and some hydrotherapy classes 👍 vets we saw were really nice and friendly but reception staff useless never in reception helping vets with things so reception left empty alot 3 times ordered prescriptions 3 times weren't done had to chase week or so later poor excuses offered never sent us reminders for our dogs vaccinations etc had enough in the end so have returned to our original vets and they weren't much better 😳

Why is it that although my son's lovely girl is dying, we cannot get a repeat prescription/drugs without a consultation fee. Also even though the vet will not be able to get near her as she is nervous and aggressive to vets, we still have to drag her all the way there so that they get their extortionate fee. At a time when both owner and pet need some help and compassion it is in short supply at Vista Vet
