We would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr Giovanni and the team at Stanway for the excellent care given to our little pooch Lexi throughout the operations carried out on both rear legs to fix luxating patellas over the last 3 months. Being so tiny weighing only 2.3 kg and not even 2 years old we were worried that Lexi would struggle to cope with the operations but Dr Giovanni reassured us that everything would be fine. It certainly was and Lexi can now look forward to a normal life without any pain or discomfort. Once again our heartfelt thanks to Dr Giovanni and the team at Stanway.

I cant recommend this vets enough. They were so supportive when our dog was very ill. They had to phone me with the terrible news that my dog had cancer and they were so supportive and understanding and compassionate. We have another dog now and again they are so kind and attentive. Wonderful vets. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Vets4Pets Stanway are a great veterinary practice. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Kaitlyn who has continuously helped us with our cats over the years. Big thank you to her and the team!

The best vets I have ever used and the only one I would recommend! My kitten Pippa has had multiple issues and is likely to require ongoing lifetime management of these. As a result, we have seen so many vets here (Fladia, Christina, Craig, Angus and Aquiles to name some off the top of my head), and each and every one has always made me feel listened to and understood right from the start when I was trying to figure out the cause of her problems. I do have to give special mention to Aquiles who has formed the most wonderful relationship and rapport with Pippa, understanding her weird & wonderful ways and showing lots of patience with her, as well as true interest and genuine concern for her. We've been through tests, scans, and emergency appointments together. Every procedure and veterinary term has always been fully explained to me so that I feel I'm fully understanding what is going on every step of the way. The advice I have received is invaluable and the fact that I can even send WhatsApp messages to the practice whenever a question or concern arises is amazing! The communication has always been second to none. It is an ongoing journey and we're not quite done yet, but given the treatment I've received in the six months I've had Pippa, I would never consider taking her anywhere else.

What can I say about this vets practice. Wow! They are incredible. I have been going there with a friend/client & taking her giant Cane Corso Italian Mastiff Kongo for 2 knee surgeries (poor boy). Giovanni & the whole team have been outstanding in his care and they show so much love to the animals. Kongo gets excited when we pull up there 😊

I called at 8pm last night regarding my cat as I thought he had a blocked bladder I spoke to a vet who advised me to take him in he was seen straight away and luckily this wasn’t the case but he was treated for the problem. I have to say the vet I saw Caitlin was amazing from start to finish, she explained everything to me and nothing was a problem to her she was caring and very understanding that I was panicking as he had been through a blocked bladder before. Amazing never had a problem with this vets

I brought in my 7 week old kitten mindy, she wasn’t eating or drinking and had been gagging white froth. i left her with the AMAZING nurses and vets at 3pm by 8pm they called to say they recovered her back to her normal self. She is now back home playing with her siblings and being cheeky . I really thought i was going to lose her so a MASSIVE thank you and well done from me and mindy❤️❤️
