We saw a vet today for our puppies secind vaccinations and she really took her time checking him over and giving us lots of general and breed specific advice on what to look out for, frequently seen issues for the breed to be on top of, dental and feeding advice. Honestly so grateful.

Came here for my kittens first checkups and injections perfectly fine, went for the second round a month later and while getting them injected I asked the nurse to clarify if one of my kittens will have issues with his balance due to his whiskers being very short almost as if they was cut I explained they where like this when I got him, he left and said he would get the Vet and ask them about it, upon entering the room the vet quite clearly said “why have you cut your cats whiskers”, this immediately made me very uncomfortable and angry I brushed it off in the moment but wanted to leave immediately, how dare she say that to me, on-top of the hidden fees for a cat castration they do not tell you about till later on in a secondary email. Both of these reasons are why I will never use them again. Still angry to this day about that situation.

I'm not local to the area - I come here to visit family. However sometimes I bring down my pet rats and one took a turn for the worst whilst I was here. The staff at the vets were amazing. They took me through the registering process and got me an appointment the same day. They were all so patient and understanding, and the vet was absolutely amazing. I was in a dire strait but I'm so glad I went to this vets as I felt so supported.

Took my dog for a pill check the other day and whilst I was there I discussed a few things that I was concerned about. The vet was more than happy to chat with me and it helped put my mind at rest. Very kind staff, I don't think I'll have any problem getting my dog to go back again.
