Having lost two elderly 16 year old cats within 6 months of each other, I experienced nothing but kindness, compassion and understanding from the team in Maldon. I really appreciate you slotting me in with urgent appointments when needed and the beautiful handwritten cards after their passing. I don't know if I can go through this again but if I did I would be happy to use you and have no hesitation in recommending you. Thank you again.

Fairly new using this vets but all visits so far have been great. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our cat was very well looked after during check ups and whilst in for spaying. Would definitely recommend.

We have had our cat registered at edgewood vets maldon for over 15 years. Unfortunately, she passed away in a neighbouring garden peacefully at the age of 16 years and was taken to edgewood vets. They contacted us as she was mirochiped, and we went to say our goodbyes. The staff were fantastic, and we are so grateful for their support at such a difficult and sad time for our family. We were so grateful Molly was taken to her own vets. Thank you to Fiona, Rebecca, and the team for all you done to take care of Molly and for your beautiful sympathy card. ❤️

Have used this Vet for years. Fiona was very helpful on Sunday when I brought my friends cat in with an abcess. all sorted & dealt with fast. She totally understood that I work fulltime & fitted me in & gave a long acting antibiotic as my friend would not cope with tablets. very good vet.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this veterinary practice. The actions of the staff made my dog fearful and anxious about veterinary visits, which was never an issue before. Instead of taking responsibility, they labeled my dog as aggressive and offered no support, blaming my dog for the problem they initiated. On top of this, they have unlawfully refused to provide me with Bella’s medical records unless I pay more money, which is a clear violation of GDPR. The lack of care, professionalism, and respect shown by this practice is appalling. I would not recommend their services to anyone who cares about their pet’s well-being.

Very friendly staff, very professional. Very happy with the whole experience I've had with them and how they treated my dog. They have a few parking spaces right in front of the shop, but there is street parking as well if car park is full. I totally recommend them. They are so much better than my previous Vet and I am so happy to have made the change.

My wife and I have been going to the Edgewood Vets for many years, I would like to highly recommend them as I would not like to have to go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the Vets are the best. I wish them all the best for the future and years to come.
