I recently booked a 5 pm appointment for my cat. I arrived at the Brookend and went to reception to check in. Unfortunately, I did not have an appointment, as I had booked the appointment at my old vets! The receptionist managed the situation very well, definitely better than then myself and advised me that they would be able to fit me in. Soon after my cat was seen by a young vet who was pleasant and explained everything that she was doing. Asked for some background regarding my cat and performed a thorough exam. The level of customer service and professionalism at Brookend was outstanding. They handled the situation so well. All of this at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

5 ⭐vets!! This vet practice has by far been the best we have been to. All 3 of our dogs we have had registered there and all the vets we have seen have been amazing, especially Mike and Aleksander. They have been so kind and caring to my little disabled pug Elmo who sadly was rushed in for an emergency operation due to falling very ill suddently. Aleksander showed so much kindness, compassion and empathy during this time. Mike was incredible with Pixie our staffie when she was going through cancer and took all the precautionally steps for forward thinking when investigating treatment for her and was very good at explaining next steps and options and now with our current nervous rescue Nala who use to be worried going in she now runs up wagging her tail when she sees Mike. They both have not only got your pet at their best interest but also take the time to listen to the owners and never rush you in and out. The reception team have also been really lovely and friendly when you arrive. Everyone from reception to behind the scenes in the vets are truly amazing, compassionate people. If your looking for an honest, caring, compassionate vets look no further.

Wonderful practice! We’ve just started bringing our dog here and he’s had two visits for an examination and then his booster vaccines. Firstly, the practice is lovely, plenty of space to sit and it’s nice that they section dogs/cats away from each other as it’s definitely less distressing for some pets. The parking around the back is also great, plenty of spaces and really ideal. Secondly and most importantly, the staff are so friendly and attentive. We feel like they really value their customers and pets by how they act, and the prices are really fair in comparison to some local practices. We’re really pleased with Brookend and would highly recommend it☺️

I’ve been using Brookend Bets for three years and very happy. They are great with Flo and always happy to see her and help. The pet plan is great too!

Excellent vets all round! We called at 8.40 for an appointment and was seen by 9.20 with a very poorly pup! We were consistently updated throughout the day with calls or WhatsApp messages whilst our dog had to stay in for blood tests and be put onto an IV. Thankfully we were able to pick her up by 6.30 same day and she had made a complete U-Turn thanks to the Vets & Nurses here. Appointment booked for the next morning and all signed off with some tablets. Couldn’t thank or recommend them enough for everything they did for our baby!

We've been with this vets for a couple of years now and I'm writing a review now after their excellent handling of my cat's tooth removal. He's almost 9 years old and I was a little worried about him going under anaesthetic but the staff calmed my nerves and provided an excellent service. They removed 5 teeth and he had 3 follow up visits (one bonus one because he was having trouble keeping food down) all included in the initial price. I went in for my final checkup and they changed my appointment from a vet nurse to a vet so he could have his yearly vaccine done at the same time without asking. All the staff are lovely, good communication and seem to all be genuine animal lovers.

I have been bringing my pets here for twenty years, and always recommend this practice to friends. All of the staff is friendly and wonderful. They take the time to answer all of your concerns and make full treatment plans when necessary. They are incredibly knowledgeable about breed-specific issues—I have an English Bulldog and this is particularly important for us. I never need to ask for a specific vet unless it’s a repeat visit because they are all wonderful, especially Michael and Rebecca whom I have known the longest.
