The team of Murrell Equine operate purely on professionalism..... reassurance over the phone and experienced, highly knowledgeable veterinary care.....client and horse relations get 10/10 from me. My dear old horse has had his ups and downs but prognosis and treatments are swift and exact. Murrell Equine is the only vet I recommend.

Mark has been my vet for 8 years, he and his team are amazing they have never let me down and care so much for the horses. They have always been accurate in their diagnosis and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend particularly if you want your horse vetted and have an honest opinion. 👍🏼

I used Murrell Equine once, and will never again. They turned up 30 minutes late. They were rude. Condescending. And it took 4 weeks of chasing them constantly to send over a report that was paid for up front. Would not recommend using them.

Had a 2 stage vetting from this practice. The vet that came missed that the horse had incisors missing and an impacted tooth ( part of the 2 stage is to inspect the incisors) the horse was also lame however Murrell equine passed the horse on vetting. I contacted Murrell once the horse was back at mine (long story short) to inform them of these issues. Initially the practice owner seemed very helpful and said get my own vet to write a report and they'll pass it over to their insurance. Passed over my vets report and Murell more or less emailed me back saying tough they're not doing anymore despite saying they'd pass it straight over to insurance. I sent a slightly more lengthy email and the matter was then passed over to insurance where a payout was made. The way this situation was handled and being lied to I'm disappointed.
