Ais annd her team have always been amazing with our dogs. They really care, always going the extra mile for the pets—and for us too! You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how well they treat everyone. I couldn’t ask for better

Really great service. I lost my guinea pig at the weekend and turned up at the vets for opening time as he was so poorly and I didn't know what to do, Ais and the receptionist were both brilliant and compassionate and even sent a card after, really grateful to them as had lost my husband last month so was crying alot, thank you both.

Called at 6pm after finding large Tick and lump under dogs chin. Arrived at vets 610pm. Nurse removed Tick immediately and provided another two tick removers for the future and instructions how to use. Home by 620pm with a very happy dog. Best £11.99 ever spent. Thankyou Crouch Vale well done.

Best vets around, wouldn't go anywhere else. Called on the day after my girlie was unwell. They were so helpful and managed to squeeze me a in, with a sit and wait apt, same day 🙏 forever greatful! We are also getting help with my dogs weight, which I think shows how much they care about educating you.
