Dishonest, uncaring, all about money, not animals! Anyone with a rabbits avoid at all costs! We lost our very much loved bunny because of this practice. Their failure, yet they blame the owner. So dishonest! They overcharge on everything, including medication! The reception moaned because we arrived 15 minutes before opening time with a very sick bunny. I will never intrust in this vet practice ever again with any of my animals! When a complaint was raised, they just point-blank blamed the owner. When the complaint was raised to head office, again, the same very serious and factual approach was taken. Very dishonest vets!

I called Vets For Pets Braintree on Saturday, the 11th of October for somebody to check my dog ears as they were very sore. They told me it’s only emergency appointments and they would have to charge £95 compared to the original £65 during the week when I was registered at Chelmsford Vets For Pets, they never changed their prices every time widow went in for a consultation. It was £54. I have now re-registered her back at Chelmsford. They are seeing her today for £54. Vets For Pets are all about the money they don’t care about your pets.

Vets4Pets aren't our regular vets, but we have used them at a weekend when our normal practice isn't open. We have always found the staff to be kind, generous with their time and compassionate. The nurses and vets genuinely care about the welfare of the animals they see and will always do their best. Recently, we sadly had to have one of our pets put to sleep and the staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure our pet wasn't distressed, supported us and were exceptionally kind. Thank you.

Really cannot fault this vets at all. Got us in for an emergency appointment within ten minutes of calling and the staff couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. The vet was so kind and patient with our cat and explained everything super thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Nurses, receptionists and vet were all absolutely amazing and cannot thank them enough. 10/10. 😀

Staff are friendly but it's just about how much money they can get out of you. I paid for a consultation £62 then they charged me £80 for some ear cleaner and drops which were £30 online, they wouldn't show me how to do it as I told them my dog won't let me, but would show me the next day if I paid another £29.50.

There all about the money and do not offer a good service. They wont do everything in one appointment, they send you away so they can charge you again for another appointment. My puppy needed ear cleaning and drops and they wouldnt show me how to do it, i told them he wont let me, when i rang the next day to say he wont let me, they said they would show my for £29.50. I spent £140 the previous day on a consulatation and drops.

Decent selection of dog and cat items but not much for reptiles or invertebrates, has a nice variety of aquarium fish too and a nice selection of pet rodents such as rats, gerbils, hamsters and other animals such as rabbits
