It was my first visit, so my first impression, and apart from routine visits, hopefully I won't be a regular customer!! When I had my first visit, I was given a warm welcome by a lovely young woman, who was very helpful, and the vet ( Joanne I think ) was very nice and my cat certainly had no complaints ( apart from the injection that he knew nothing about lol ). First impressions, very good, lovely people and a lovely vibe ( sorry about Pablo's fur Joanne... Lol ). See you in 3 weeks ( sorry Pablo... The cat box experience again lol )

The vet practice, looked after my young dog was brilliant, she’s very personal, and very helpful and knowledgeable. She took time, to help, me with a couple of questions I had, about recommending Products for, teeth cleaning and medication . She showed me how to get Aggie to swallow medication as I was struggling to get her to take it. She gave Aggie lots of care and attention and a few treats to take with her to have later on. Very impressed with the service the vet is a credit to your team, Aggie, still a young, dog and gets nerves with this appointments great team from front of house to the vet checks

The vets helped massively when our cat was poorly, the receptionist Katie was so kind on the phone and helped me book a last minute appointment. Anushka was amazing, she explained everything so well to us and was so gentle with our cat. She gave us great advice as well as medication to help our cat get better. I would 100% recommend this vets to everyone

The vets themselves are very nice and caring but, as others have said, some of the receptionists are so rude. One in particular was really patronising and rude when we were asking about the insurance process, mind you we were there because our pet is really sick so we were already stressed out.

The vets in this practice have always been great but one lady vet in particular has always gone above and beyond and I’m super grateful to her always. So I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the way I’ve been treated and my pet of course! :-) I would recommend this practice to anyone!

My experience with MediVet, St Ives, Cambs was excellent. In no way did I feel rushed and all my questions/concerned were thoroughly answered. My pet was treated with the utmost care, of which I couldn't ask for more. Thank you MediVet.

Have had my dog(s) with this vet for years, was quite happy, until recently. Since being taken over by an American style health provider, who is only interested in profit, they've gone down hill in my estimation. Before becoming medivet, I believe I would support the majority of the comments, in that they were kind and really wanted to help the pets and the owners. Now they are only focused on one thing. Not that the vets or nurses are nasty people, just their policies make them uncaring when it comes time to actually helping! My recent experience, especially with the supposed credit controller 'James' was so far from satisfactory it's unbelievable. I struggled to pay for a bill, telling the vets this in advance, and no one was willing or able to make a payment plan or reduce fees, or make any decision beyond 'can't do that!' So when I set my own payment plan up (please note I was willing to pay), they threatened to get a debt recovery organisation in, which would have added to my now massive debt. I have since registered and taken my business to another vets, who I discover are easily a 3rd of the price which medi vet. Just be careful what you sign up for!!
